Our Story
We have been a Nolting dealer since 2009 selling both new and used Nolting longarm machines and systems. If there is one thing we learned early on, it was that Nolting machines are built of quality, all metal parts, made in America, and will work for many, many years. It is not uncommon to find Nolting machines that are 30 years old still in operation.

Q & A
Q: How will I receive my machine?
A: Machines and automation systems can be shipped by UPS. Shipping will be charge and will vary depending on the size of the machine, number of boxes needed. Machines are shipped in UPS / Nolting approved cartons that protect the machine in transit. Ask for a quote. If you want to make the trip to our Avon, NY studio, you are certainly welcome to pick up your machine. Depending on distance, you might be able to arrange delivery.

Q: What is a certified machine?
A: A certified machine is a used longarm that has undergone a 35 point rigorous inspection of all parts and components, replacing any worn parts. Machines are timed and tested by sewing with them on the frame to make sure it runs and stitches as it should. Customer receives a copy of the inspection.

Q: What about a frame?
A: There are two frame options.
Option 1: For machines up to 23" throat. The Steel Stretch Frame is a maximum 10 foot length frame that can be purchased directly from Nolting. It ships disassembled in a box and ships by UPS. All parts are included except the poles, leaders, and decking. Poles are EMT 1 1/4 ID conduit that can be purchased at most hardwares and big box home improvement centers. Leaders can be ordered or can be made. The frame can be set up at any length up to 10 feet by cutting the conduit to the length desired. Order leaders for the length of the frame you will set up.

Option 2: Nolting commercial frame. Available new or used, if available. The commercial frame can be used with any Nolting machine, but must be used with all machines that have a 24" throat or longer.

Q: What is included with the machine?
A: One pack of needles, 10 bobbins, sewing machine oil, machine operation manual.

Q: Can I test drive the machine?
A: Of course! If you want to visit our Avon, NY studio, you are welcome to test drive the machine(s) of your choice. We are open by appointment, so give us a call first and arrange a time for your test drive. 585-317-7478
