PRIVACY POLICY - We value your right to privacy and will not sell, give, or trade your personal information.

SALES TAX - New York State Sales tax of 8%, is charged on merchandise, goods and services purchased from Delightful Quilting & Sewing studio, and/or online purchases shipped to New York State addresses.  Sales tax is not charged on education, classes, workshops, both in-person and virtual.

SHIPPING INFO: 

• Shipping and handling is charged, calculated on the amount of the purchase, and is added at checkout.

• We normally ship by USPS within one business day of receiving payment. Merchandise on the website, other merchandise, or Nolting supplies ordered by phone from Delightful Quilting & Sewing is shipped only to addresses in the United States.

• Most domestic shipments will include a tracking number.

• International shipping is only available for the book, “Guide to Quilting With Your Nolting" or "Basics & Beyond with Nolting" which we can ship to Canada, Australia, and New Zealand..  Please email us with your international request.

• If there is a delay in processing your order, we will contact you.

RETURN POLICY - We are confident you will be happy with your purchase. If not, the following terms and conditions apply. Items purchased at Delightful Quilting & Sewing studio or online store may be returned for a full refund (less S/H fee) within 30 days of the purchase, with a copy of the original invoice, and provided they are in their original unopened box/package, have not been used, and are not damaged. A refund will be issued through the same method as payment. after merchandise has been returned to/received and inspected by Delightful Quilting & Sewing.  Refund issues will be purchase price less 3.5% credit card processing fee.  Shipping/handling is not refunded.  Returns 30-90 days after purchase may only be exchanged for merchandise of the same merchandise value, or returned for store credit equal to the merchandise value.  No returns or exchanges accepted after 90 days. CLASS AND WORKSHOP CANCELLATION POLICY - If you are unable to attend a class or workshop that you have registered for, you may cancel up to seven (7) days prior to the class/workshop and receive a refund less 3.5% credit card processing fee.  Please email request to cancel your participation in the class/workshop.
