Privacy, Sales Tax, Returns and Class Policies

SALES TAX - Sales tax is charged on merchandise purchased by and/or delivered in New York State.

SHIPPING INFO:

Shipping and handling is charged, calculated on the amount of the purchase, and is added at checkout.
We normally ship by USPS within one business day of receiving payment. Merchandise on the website, other merchandise, or Nolting supplies ordered by phone from Delightful Quilting & Sewing is shipped only to the United States.
Most domestic shipments will include a tracking number.
International shipping is only available for the book, “Guide to Quilting With Your Nolting,” which will ship to Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.. Please email us with your international request.
If there is a delay in processing your order, we will let you know.

RETURN POLICY - We are confident you will be happy with your purchase. If not, the following terms and conditions apply. Items purchased at Delightful Quilting & Sewing studio or online store may be returned for a full refund (less S/H fee) within 30 days of the purchase, with a copy of the original invoice, and provided they are in their original unopened box/package, have not been used, and are not damaged. A refund will be issued after merchandise has been returned to/received by Delightful Quilting & Sewing, usually through the same method as payment. Returns 30-90 days after purchase may only be exchanged for merchandise (less S/H fee) or returned for store credit (less S/H fee). No returns or exchanges accepted after 90 days. CLASS AND WORKSHOP CANCELLATION POLICY - If you are unable to attend a class or workshop that you have registered for, you may cancel up to seven (7) days prior to the class/workshop and receive a full refund if paid by check. If paid by credit card, refund check will be issued for the amount paid less a 4% processing fee. Please call 585-226-2577 to cancel your participation in the class/workshop.

DQS COVID Policy

Delightful Quilting & Sewing is a “by appointment only” business. Please make an appointment prior to coming to the studio.

Our services, in-person shopping and studio classes will follow any NYS and CDC recommendations and requirements in place at the time of your visit to the DQS studio.

Precautions:

Based on your comfort level, feel free to wear a mask.
Mask is required if suggested by NYS and CDC recommendations or if you know you have been in contact with anyone testing positive to COVID within the last 5 days.
Hand sanitizer is available – please use (paper towels available)

Cleaning Protocol and Product Used: Surfaces and contact points are sanitized prior to and after a visit from a scheduled customer or student(s). Machine, frames, and tablets are sanitized prior to and after a visit from a scheduled customer or student. Sanitizing Product: H 2 Orange 2 Concentrate (Envirox), an EPA registered Sanitizer / Virucide. Active ingredient is Hydrogen Peroxide. The Concentrate is highly effective in killing bacteria and viruses, but is rated 0 Health Minimal (safe to use
